My favourite activity location, the place is really cute and you have so many options for painting. They do a really good job of providing instructions, help, and everything you could possibly need. They also have stencils, and a huge variety of paints. I will definitely be coming here more often.

Fantastic space, the wonderful lady that we saw was incredible with children. Great prices, really relaxed atmosphere & lovely pieces to get creative with. Peaceful music and lots of giggles what more could we want. Also once the little ones were done, quicker than us olders, they have an amazing blackboard so the kids can carry on with an activity to keep them busy while we finish! My son mentioned this place and it sounded ideal for a half-term afternoon. We took our granddaughter (10) who thoroughly enjoyed it. So did I as I had my own little project in mind. 

The place is lovely; clean, bright and all the information you need on the tables. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. The prices seem pretty reasonable too.

All in all, it was a relaxing, fun session and one I can fully recommend.

Greeted nicely on arrival and taken to our table where everything was already set up for us. They asked if we had been before which we hadn’t and went through everything we needed to know. We then picked our pottery and got to painting it!

Deeply Disappointed by the Way We Were Treated

I visited the studio with two friends for what should’ve been a lovely evening pottery painting. We each paid the £8 booking fee, and I personally paid for my piece in full (£10.99) before leaving. My friends only had cash, and since the venue is card-only, a staff member clearly stated they could pay upon collection after firing. This was agreed at the time and noted down.

Instead of reaching out privately, the owner To our shock, just hours later, the business owner publicly posted a photo on Instagram implying our group had left without paying — accusing us of “stealing from a small business.” I sent them a message directly to address the situation which was met with nothing but accusations, they took no accountability for how things were handled or for the internal miscommunication, and then went on to ban our entire group — including me, despite having paid in full and acting respectfully the entire time.

I’ve been a loyal customer in the past and have always enjoyed my visits here, which makes this experience especially upsetting. There was absolutely no reason for this to escalate so publicly and aggressively — and I certainly won’t be returning after this.

I have been here lots of times since I first tried it back in August.  This time I went to the BYOB pottery painting evening session. It was really good and we will definitely be doing it again soon.
